The Universe Responds to Clarity and Intention

In Mindset by Jamie Turner

Would you like to have a better life?

If so, check this out.

I recently did a workshop for Emory University Executive Education that was attended by hundreds of people from around the world.

The workshop was based on content from my next book titled:

Better: Discover a New and Improved You.

One of my messages was that the universe responds to clarity and intention.

In other words, the more you tell the universe where you want to go in life, the more likely you are to hit your mark.

It’s a shame, but a lot of people coast through life. And then when their lives don’t turn out as planned, they’re disappointed.

To solve this, all you have to do is imagine a destination you’re headed to.

That’s it. Seriously.

The key is to have a destination in mind. Even if you decide to change it, at least you’re pointing your boat towards something good.

With all that in mind, here are some questions to help you get started on this:

  • Your Destination: Do you have a clear idea of where you’d like to go in 2026?
  • Your Vocalization: Have you told someone about your plans?
  • Your Accountability Partner: Who can you recruit to be your partner in accomplishing this? (This can be your partner, your spouse, your best friend, your sibling … they just need to be made aware of your goals so they can occasionally hold you accountable.)

The Bottom Line: Spend a minute generating a clear idea of what you’d like to accomplish in 2026.

Today, tell someone … anyone … about your plans. Even if it’s just your dog, your cat, or your neighbor. Just vocalize it.

Then, ask your partner, spouse, best friend, sibling or anyone else to occasionally hold you accountable.

That’s all there is to it, my friends.

This doesn’t work like magic (because you have to actually put in the effort), but it does work … if you try.

You are amazing. You know it. I know it. And the Universe knows it.

About Me: I write books, do speeches, and provide content that helps others discover a better version of themselves.
