Martha Stewart and Kevin O’Leary are in a big debate about whether or not you should be working in a hybrid environment or an office environment.

The debate has raised quite a stir about how eager people are to stay in a hybrid work environment.

With that in mind, I’d like to get your opinion in the two question survey below.

Here’s the first question — Your boss has asked you to work more days a week in the office. At what point does that request force you to look for another job?

Working in the office two days a week? Three days? Four days?

Let me know in the survey which you can take below.

On a related note, The Wall Street Journal reported recently that workers are happier today than they have been in decades.

Why is that?

Many would argue that it’s because of the increased flexibility we have in our work lives.

But how has that flexibility impacted the bottom line? And are people really working as hard as they used to?

Let me know in the survey mentioned above.

In the meantime, here’s a link to the TikTok video I uploaded about the Hybrid vs. Office debate. (Or, you can watch it on YouTube by clicking here.)

That’s all for now. If you like what you read here today, be sure to sign up for my weekly e-newsletter.
